All About Dogs, and All About Dates!

No Training!

Sadly, because of Bank Holidays, and events at the Showground, the only training this month will be on Wednesday, 1st May, Monday, 20th May and Wednesday, 22nd May.    

However June is a full month!   

At the recent All About Dogs Show, four of our members - Kate with Dali , Alex with Chase, Margaret with Amber and Karen with Gemma - all took and passed their Good Citizen Bronze award  in our Good Citizen ring.

Tra\ining Update - Please Read!!

Please note that on Monday, 29th April and Wednesday, 1st May, training  will be based in 'Crocker 3' (in the same group of buildings as our usual venue).

All About Dogs 2019

We enjoyed a very successful weekend at All About Dogs. Altogether we raised £2020 for our club!   Huge thanks to all our members who helped at the show (in very hot conditions). They were - as usual - superb.

And now, a message for all agility and hoopers classes tomorrow. Last week we had an agility class and the hoopers didn't because we had to load the trailer for the show. Therefore this week we will be reversing this - hoopers will get their class and agility won't so that we can unload the trailer. 

Sorry agility people, but it seems only fair.

 

The Fast and the Furious - Flyball Heroes!

Huge congratulations to our members in the Flyball team. On Saturday, they finished 2nd at Leicester Inner Wolf, Hounds for Heroes Competition. Well done to Pete and Jan with Tam and Solo, Alison Phillips with Bramble, Sarah Washbourne with Domino and Anne Bell and her husband with Audrey. 

By the way anyone at the club is welcome to try flyball, and we are always looking for new members.
