Collingham Show!

Tomorrow, 21st September, is the Collingham Show . Members of our club help out there and run some events.  It is a fun day out for the whole family with lots of stalls and displays.  Our club run a fun dog show with a very special judge this year - our own superstar Gill Simpson. We will also be putting on some flyball. If you are free please come and support. Photos from last year's show:

An apology - well, lots of apologies . . .

From the newsletter editor:

"A thousand apologies. September might have arrived but I'm mentally still in the middle of August!!! I have not done our monthly newsletter yet. I will try and get it done over the next couple of days and send it to those on my email list. Most important thing to remember is we are back training at the showground - usual times - usual places.I will let you know on here and on the Facebook page if there are any changes, so please keep checking."

Thanks, folks - and we're back!

A sincere thank you to all the Trent Valley Dog Club members who attended the summer training held at the Rescue kennels. Your donations helped to raise £300 for the rescue funds, Very much appreciated as you can tell by the smiling faces of Artu and Essie - two of our current rescues. We are also grateful to Lodge Farm and Collingham Scout Hut for allowing our club to use their premises for training over the long break from the showground.

And talking of the Showground - we're back!  See you there?

Summer Training 2019

Monday, 24th June will be our last training day at the showground until September. As you know we have arranged (with some difficulty) alternative locations to give you the chance to continue your training over the summer.
The Monday obedience training needs to be pre-booked because of parking spaces so PLEASE get in touch if you want a place on that. There are just a few places left.
The Monday Ringcraft and the Wednesday training don't need to be pre booked but it would be VERY HELPFUL to all admin staff and trainers to know if you were going to use these facilities.
